1. New Years Resolutions: For most people today was the official start of living out their new years resolution(s). Every year I have the same three typical resolutions: make my body look more like Joan Smalls’, do what I love to do (whatever that is) and make enough money to wake up not thinking about money. When it comes to fitness, I tend to stay on track for the first couple weeks and then once Superbowl weekend rolls around I’m back on the couch eating nachos and bobbing my head to the half time show while sipping on a cold one. SO this year I’m adding two words to the end of my resolution list - “Be consistent!”. I’m always happy when I’m working out but I don’t like working out when its cold outside. Same applies to my eating habits, I’ll wait until its hot weather before I put down the pizza and pick up a salad roll. Note to self: Gyms are open all year round - GO
Bonus: The Bulls are killin it right now, they won again today! They have the most W’s in the league thus far with Miami one game behind them. In other news, an unreleased track from D’Angelo just dropped…check back for that in half a second. It’s looking like a good year already :)
