JUST got back from Jamaica! FYI it’s my top 3 favorite place to visit in the world.  The music is always on point, the food is finger licking good, the people are incredible, the weather is always perfect (when it rains it pours but the water is always warm), the landscape and water is breathtaking…if you haven’t gone you MUST!  Every time I go I come back with more stories to tell and laughs to share than I have for one month at home. Last Saturday my brother got married to the love of his life, my other brother met MY FAVORITE ATHLETE OF ALL TIME Usain Bolt in Kingston days before my arrival - I will FOREVER be jealous, my phone and my friends phone got jacked by a ruthless thief (I’ve mourned the loss of all my photos that I was looking forward to share - lessons were learned and life goes on), I spent time with over 40 of my family and closest friends. God is good and so is life. Above is Usain Bolt’s new feature in Vogue magazine with my favorite model Joan Smalls. Does this week in pictures get better? It does. The King of the Track just arrived in Ostrava where he’s about to win his 6th Golden Spike.

OMG! Track Star, Usain Bolt - Gatorade campaign clip - shot & edited by Nile Saulter

I know this vid is less than a minute but its enough to make me want to jump into my runners and hit the track. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Usain Bolt!  Never has an athlete made me want to be an athlete more than Usain Bolt. I CAN’T wait to watch him live, even if its only for 9.58 seconds.

Feed Your Ears! CLICK HERE TO LISTEN TO SHANE ELI’S NEW TRACK “BO JACKSON”
Via DJ Booth - Like Vincent Edward “Bo” Jackson, who achieved All-Star status in both baseball and football, rapper-producer Shane Eli boasts the rare combo of versatility and outstanding talent – and, unlike the sports legend, who had to show off his dual talents on separate occasions, the L.A.-based rapper-producer is perfectly capable of doing it all, all at once. On the inaugural leak off his sophomore street release, making its Booth-exclusive world premiere in anticipation of Sunday’s big game, he does just that; over his own bass-bumping, synth-infused boardwork (complete with a hook sampled from the opening lines of Tribe Called Quest classic Scenario), the freestyle series alum drops verses as allusive and witty as they are swagger-drenched. He even manages to work in a reference to my favorite sports anecdote of all-time: “Dock Ellis, half baked, focused on home plate…” If this larger-than-life cut gets you properly hyped, then you can look forward to more where this came form on Eli’s DJ Skee-hosted, Booth-sponsored I Can Do Better street album, due out in March.
